Learning Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this educational activity, participants should be better able to:
- Evaluate the efficacy and safety of pharmacotherapy in special population groups, including patients with prediabetes and diabetes, and develop treatment strategies for an individualized approach to weight management.
- Assess evidence-based practices for therapeutic selection, including dietary and lifestyle modifications, pharmacotherapies, and surgery in obese individuals with and without comorbidities.
