A number of clinical trials have established the use of anti-VEGF therapy as first-line therapy in the management of wet age-related macular degeneration, and considerable clinical research is now emerging comparing dosing schedules to guide clinicians on the optimal regimen for their patients. Important questions in the management of wet AMD remain and are being assessed in ongoing trials. In this activity, Srinivas Sadda, MD, will review the state of the science in the management of wet AMD.
