Dry eye disease is characterized by an inadequate volume and/or quality of tears resulting in chronic ocular surface irritation and inflammation. It has a considerable impact on visual function and quality of life. Various immune-related molecular targets have been the focus in the development of new therapeutic agents for treating dry eye disease. This CME activity will discuss new treatments for dry eye disease.
