Accurate and early diagnosis of retinal vein occlusion (RVO) is imperative for the timely initiation of therapy to prevent vision loss. Potential biomarkers and newer imaging techniques are aiding with the diagnosis of RVO and guiding therapy options. Intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapies have delivered significant visual and anatomic improvements in patients with RVO, and the continued refinement of anti-VEGF management protocols are further enhancing visual outcomes while reducing treatment burden. In this Wheel of Knowledge Challenge, an interactive quiz of knowledge and confidence, your knowledge will be tested on the use of imaging in the diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of treatment response in RVO, as well as treatment advances that can improve visual outcomes.
