Continued advances in diagnostics, as well as therapeutic algorithms, are allowing for earlier detection and implementation of personalized treatment strategies for patients with retinal vascular diseases. Recently finalized and ongoing clinical studies are further defining optimal diagnostic and management strategies for these patients, leading to the expansion of indications for the use of anti-VEGF therapy. Because these developments impact the current management paradigms for patients with retinal vascular diseases, it is essential that clinicians stay abreast of the advances and are confident about integrating them into practice. In this CME activity, Retina Forum® 2017, leading experts will review the most pertinent clinical data for the diagnosis and management of retinal vascular diseases, as well as provide practical guidance for their integration into the clinic.
